Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. / الاسترجاع

Conditions for Return

• Items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. / يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية مع إرفاق جميع العلامات والملصقات بها.
• Custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for return. / لا يجوز إرجاع المنتجات المخصصة أو الشخصية بشكل عام

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. / لا يمكن استرداد تكاليف الشحن ما لم يكن الإرجاع بسبب خطأ من جانبنا.
• Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error. / سيتم خصم تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاعات من المبلغ المسترد ما لم يكن الإرجاع بسبب خطأ من جانبنا.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. / سيتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية في غضون 7 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج المرتجع.
